2026 Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for your 2026 benefits begins November 10, 2025 and ends November 21, 2025. This is your annual opportunity to consider your needs and select the benefits that provide the best coverage and value for you and your family for the next year.

Any enrollment changes for you or your dependents will go into effect on January 1, 2026. Remember, Open Enrollment is your chance to change, elect, drop benefit coverages, and update beneficiary information. Don’t forget — Enrollment for the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) must be elected each year, and they do not automatically roll over

Take Action

  1. Review this page to find out what you need to know about 2026 coverage, and understand how your current elections may be changing.
  2. Check your dependents, confirm they are all still eligible and their information is correctly reflected in Workday.
  3. Complete your Open Enrollment in Workday. Pay close attention to HSA and FSA contributions as they do not rollover.
  4. Save a copy of the confirmation statement once you have fully submitted your enrollment.

Eligibility: Who Can Enroll in Conga Benefits?

You’re eligible to enroll in Conga’s benefits programs if you’re an active, regular colleague who is scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. You may also cover your eligible dependents under Conga’s medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits.

Eligible Dependents Include:

  • Legal spouse or domestic partner
  • Your dependent children (including step children and legally adopted children) up to age 26
  • Domestic partner children can only be covered if the domestic partner is also covered.
  • Any dependent child who reaches the age limit of 26, and is incapable of self-support because of a mental or physical disability

What is a Domestic Partner?

Domestic Partner Eligibility

  • You are a registered domestic partner

OR

  • You maintain the same principal place of residence and intend to do so in the future
  • You agree to be responsible for each other’s basic living expenses in the event that either of you is unable to provide such expenses for himself or herself
  • You are both 18 or older
  • Neither of you are married
  • You are not related by blood to such a degree that you would be prevented from marrying in the state in which you reside
  • Neither of you has maintained coverage for another domestic partner under any health plan within the last six months (this excludes any domestic partner that has died within the last six months)
  • You agree to notify Conga immediately upon your failure to satisfy any of the criteria of domestic partnership

What's Changing

Every year, we take a close look at our benefits program and consider changes that could better support your unique lifestyle, while also meeting our mission, vision, and fiscal responsibility objectives. Here are the highlights for this Open Enrollment.

2026 Open Enrollment changes:

BenefitWhat's Changing in 2026
Cost SharingHealth care costs continue to rise each year. To ensure we can continue to offer quality coverage, cost share will slightly increase this year for the medical plans as well as the dental buy-up plan. See the 2026 costs for coverage for details.
Cigna Medical

In order to maintain the affordability of our plans, there will be some plan design changes to the Cigna Medical Plans.

Cigna PPO

  • Deductibles will increase to $1,500 / $2,000

Cigna HDHP

  • Enhanced! Telehealth will be subject to first dollar coverage, meaning you do not have to meet your deductible for your insurance to apply.
    • To access telehealth coverage, you will log into your myCigna portal select ‘Find Care & Costs’, then choose the relevant care type in the ‘Talk to a doctor via phone or video’ section.
  • Enhanced! After deductible co-pays will now be in place for office visits. This means that you will pay a flat $20 co-pay for office visits after your deductible has been met rather than a 20% co-insurance.
Kaiser Medical

To provide colleagues with greater flexibility, we are excited to share that access to Kaiser will be expanded. Those in eligible states will now be able to enroll in one Kaiser plan, so there are no longer differentiations by state.

  • Eligible locations include: California, Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, and D.C.

Cigna DentalThere are no changes to the dental plans.
VisionThere are no changes to vision.
Health Savings Account (HSA)

The 2026 HSA contribution limits will increase to $4,400 for you-only coverage and $8,750 if you cover dependents. Please note that Conga’s contribution does count toward the maximum contribution.

Learn more about the HSA by reviewing our Health Savings Account intro intro video.

If You Don't Enroll

Your current benefit elections will continue next year, with the exception of Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions.

You MUST elect if you want to contribute to an FSA or HSA in 2026.

They help you understand your Conga benefits so you can make the best plan decisions for you and your family during Open Enrollment. Download the Rightway app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

TIP: Think About the Whole Cost

When choosing a medical plan, it’s important to think about the whole cost of coverage — the amount you’ll spend out of your paycheck, as well as out of your pocket (copays, deductibles, and coinsurance) costs. Our Medical Spend Calculator can help!

How to Enroll

After reviewing your benefit options, make your enrollment selections during Open Enrollment.

Visit the Workday website — Enroll online at your convenience, any time of day or night. If you’re not sure how to enroll you can access our Enrollment Guide or Enrollment Walkthrough for support.

Consider Updating Your Deferral in Your 401(k) Plan

Please note that you will not make changes to your 401(k) through the Workday platform. To update your deferral percentage, register or login with Fidelity at netbenefits.com. You can enroll in the 401(k) program at any time.

Important Reminders!

  • Be sure to provide the necessary dependent information to enroll eligible family members.
  • Make sure you’ve provided beneficiary information for your life insurance.
  • Make sure you’ve provided beneficiary information for your 401(k) in your account with Fidelity. While you are not required to enroll during Open Enrollment, it is still a great way to support your financial wellbeing now and in the future.
  • Have a fur baby? Enrollment for pet insurance with Pets Best does not require an annual election. You can enroll anytime during the year at Pets Best and enter the Conga discount code, CONGAPET.
  • Thinking about starting a family or need extra support? Carrot’s inclusive fertility and family-forming benefits program is designed to support every unique parenthood journey, and you can enroll anytime during the year.

Please note: After Open Enrollment ends, you cannot change your benefit elections unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as getting married, having a baby or adopting a child.
